Sending Trades to IB Advisor Group

I would like to send orders to an IB Advisor Account Group. The group appears in the "Default account" dropdown list under options, but the order seems to be rejected due to "Invalid or missing IBCustAcctNo.

What is the proper procedure for sending to a group of advisor accounts?

TB2 does not support allocation profiles, so you must send orders directly into the subaccounts.
