Error Connecting to Server Socket

Hi

I am running Tradestation 8 automated strategies into TradeBullet and onwards to execute trades into my Interactive Brokers account. I think I have followed carefully all the set up instructions and for a while all this was working OK. However I am now plagued with the above error message that I just can't seem to get rid of. I've looked through the other posts on this site and have tried various things suggested there...

Update of where I think I am at:

In TS8 I can successfully send a test message to TB from TS via localhost smtp
Each automated strategy trade execution signal is giving an error message in TS events log of 'Error Connecting to Server Socket'
I've downloaded TCPview and can't see anything obvious also monitoring port 25 (but then again I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for here!)
I'm pretty sure I've addressed IIS issue & have the relevant .net frameworks in place
I'm using AVG a/v software

Not sure where to go from here, can you please advise some courses of action

If you get this error from TS8 it means either the following:

1) nothing is listening on port 25. The TS8 feature in TB is likely disabled
2) another program is blocking port 25

Your TB log file show give more details. Please email it to support at tradebullet.com

Your log file shows TS8 orders are processed but you must be connected to a broker to place the orders. You can connect to your live account and do a test if you select the "Simulation" account from the TS8 options in TB.
