Hi i'm evaluating Tradebullet with my patsystem account.
It works very well and i put without problem dax symbol FTDAX 03-10 EUREX
But i cant find symbol for ITALIAN FUTURE INDEX on IDEM exchange. If i do lookup i can see only 95 symbols and FTSE MIB its not present.
I try to replace symbols txt in tradebullet/db but i see ever only 95 symbols. if i look in symbols txt with notepad i find FTMIB but if i try to put FTMIB 03-10 in
order entry screen it doesnt work
Can anybody help me,please?

Actually FTDAX shouldn't work. Please use FDAX.

FTMIB is a valid symbol but you need to make sure your broker enabled that exchange for your account.

I m sorry i wrote FTDax but i mean Fdax 03-10 and it works good.
Problem is FTMIB. Exchange IDEM is active and infact i can see it in exchange window on order screen.
But if i try FTMIB 03-10 or so it doesnt work and i cant see price...or trade

You're right and I now see that it is enabled for IB but not for Patsystems. I can enable it for Pats if you tell me the native Patsystems symbol for that instrument. It should be the symbol used by your broker in J-Trader.

Could you upload that whole file as an attachment? The value we need does not appear on the screen shot.

im sorry but there is no other info in row. if you can suggest me where i can find what u need....

1) disconnect from Patsystems
2) set TB log level to 5 (view menu)
3) connect
4) set log level back to 2
5) email the log file to support at tradebullet.com. Logs are located at C:\Program Files\TradeBullet\Logs

Please place the attached file in C:\Program Files\TradeBullet\Db and restart TB. FTMIB will now be available for Patsystems.
